Re: Looking for an engine in CA
Thanks! That car is very tempting. Only thing that scares me is he is running 89mm pistons! That's pretty thin walls for boost.

Looking for an engine in CA
Hey guys, I'm building up my te27 this summer. LSD. rack and pinion. Etc. I decided I needed to get rid of my slow 2tc and go for something a little crazier. I'm looking for something built up. Efi. Carb. Turbo. N/a. Doesn't matter as long as we can work on a good price and it's not slow. I have a c...

I know you said you don't know the specs but could you measure the valves? Any way to measure how much it was shaved?

Re: 2TC with 2TG EFI and Megasquirt "How to" Guide
This is a very nice write up! I was wondering, what did you use for fuel? I mean, Stock tank? Aftermarket inline fuel pump? aftermarket fuel line? If so, How did you get it to not starve the engine when going up hills? Did you create a baffle?Custom jobs like this always make me curious. I've been w...

Re: rack and pinion swap.
I figured the starlet would work better. Too bad. I've seen quite a few mr2s in the junk yard. Can't say the same about the starlet though. I could just buy a new rack and pinion and stuff. Talk about $$$

Re: rack and pinion swap.
It's a 1972 te27. I'm also thinking about going 20v for ease of use and because I want a DD. So I might pm you in the coming months to ask about your peanut in the future. thanks again

Re: rack and pinion swap.
Thank you! This is exactly what I was looking for. Time to gather parts for the summer build. ;) I feel like its harder to find parts then it is to actually build when it comes to these cars  I also found a few pictures of someone using a aw11 rack. I have no idea the difference in size between...

rack and pinion swap.
Hello fellas, On the old site I remember seeing a few rack and pinion write ups. One I believe someone did it on an old 70s corolla using a starlet rack and pinion. If the author of those write ups would happen to have the info/ pictures still I would highly appreciate it. I tired of turning my whee...
