Looks like it will certainly fit correctly on a 2TC head. The 3TC has an extended tab that covers a port that this manifold does not have.
here is a photo of both manifold mounting surfaces.

interesting that all of the information that I just read stated that the 4Y engine would not hold up to high RPMs. So no use sinking time chasing that bit of effort.

If my memory can recall I do remember the racing store was selling a kit for the 3tc 4y conversion but was a way back old forum time.

So to use that block you had to get a different or make a specific head for that block.

That is not a standard T-series head based on the water outlet missing ...

Have you reached the limit of the stock block? (Or can't find any decent ones.)

Curious what power you're getting out of them!

Back then when the big boys experienced limit they swap for 4Y blocks.


So go from a front mount oil pan to a rear mount oil pan.

Which cross member will they have to use for that engine installation?

Which timing chain cover would be used to seal this system?

So the answer is no!

Then no one has improved or corrected the design errors as of yet.

Has anyone had a source for a CNC Billet block for the 2TC and 3TC engine? If so, can you share that information, please?
