Re: Larger Vented Rotor Big Brake Upgrade for TE72 Corolla
I'm running the entire AE86 braking in my AE71... but it is lighter now... around 2200#. As to more brake... there are a few kits/swaps out there that people have tried. There is, or was a kit for the AE86 that fit inside 15" wheels. There are also Wilwood and other premium brake companies tha...

Re: Has Anyone Installed Air Shocks on Rear of TE72?
Hey Antuno, thanks for the reply. I ended up installing Monroe MA810's. I'm sure the 805's would work fine too. Same deal, about $60 for the pair from Oreilly's and even include the air hose kit. I've had them on there for a couple weeks and they are great! At ~10psi there is no noticeable differenc...

Larger Vented Rotor Big Brake Upgrade for TE72 Corolla TRD:)
I'm have trouble keeping the solid 229mm Frisbees cool enough with over 300 ponies under the hood, so I would like to upgrade my front brakes. It would also look more balanced to go with at least a 250mm rotor up front to match the Nissan Altima rotors I have on the rear. I'm aware of the AE86 strut...

Re: rear axle swaps
I have a KE30 (TE31) and installed a Chevy 10 bolt from a '95 S10 with the 6 degree shims and the torsen out of a 2000 Camaro SS. It wasn't difficult to get the axles converted to the Toyota 4 lug pattern. I sent the axles and drums to Moser and the turnaround time was great. It is cheaper than sho...

Has Anyone Installed Air Shocks on Rear of TE72?
My 82 wagon is my daily driver, so that means it does the toy towing and hauling too. I have a set of leaf helpers on there, but air shocks or air bags would be ideal because I really only need the extra spring rate a couple trips a month when loaded down. It's already pretty tight under there with ...

Re: 83 liftback interior for sale
Hey, my 82 wagon has the same color interior and I'm looking for the drivers side a-pillar trim (toyota refers to it as garnish) - brown. Have one of those in good shape? Price shipped to 94501?
I'd also be interested in a factory 5-speed shift knob too.
Thanks,
J

Drivers Side TE72 A-Pillar Trim Piece
Hey, I'm looking for this trim panel in good shape - no broken tabs where clips attach, no cracks, etc. Prefer dark brown, but would take another color too.
Send me a price shipped to 94501.
Thanks,
-J
