Test that battery it could have a shorted cell which would indicate a charge problem, Just saying. (Sold a lot of battery one time in my life, and internal short are common)

You have a 2tc in that thing!!!?????? :lol: Why didnt you go 18rg or something? Remember, if you are going to tune them you will need time, money and plenty of practice. :D Also, if you plan on getting a cam forget about tuning them now. Because then you are probably going to need more jets... time...

You can also purchase a thicker gasket material and cut it out to match the opening. The additional thickness will compensate for the warpage within that steel plate without eliminating the coolant section of that manifold.
