Agreed, Hazard switch probably has dirty contacts. When you jiggle it, it probably reseats to a tiny clean area and causes the lights to work again. You can try turning the switch on/off a bunch of times for a temporary fix, but ultimately it will be better to open the switch up and clean inside oth...

I cleaned it all up and replaced the valve cover gasket and spark plug gaskets and ran it for a few days and no more stuff is getting on the spark plugs, so I will be putting the new plugs on this week when I get my new spark plug cables.
