What engine for my '80 wagon? POLL!!

Hey 3tc crew! I just bought this wagon over the weekend from another member on here. There's a couple small dings that I'm going to take care of at some point, but overall, this thing is super clean!

So, the question is...I really want to do another engine swap. I sold my sr20det powered '83 Corolla on Friday, and am looking for more power already. This stock 3tc just isn't doing it for me.

Here's what I'm considering

1uz - Would do a vvt-i swap. Love the power and uniqueness of it!
Sr20det - Already done it, know how to do it, and makes good power. I was getting 28mph combined on my old swap.
3sge Beams - These motors have come down a lot in price. Would be kinda cool...
3tc - Well...it is what it is.

Would like to do something that wouldn't kill resale value...What do you guys think?

Other plans include ke70 chrome bumpers, converting to 4 link with panhard, and 4 wheel coilovers, gts struts in front with big brakes, camber plates, gts steering rack, and tension rods.

I seriously doubt you plan on driving this @ speeds in excess of 130mph, so thinking torque, over horsepower would be my move..... so I say either a 3TZ, or a 7AGZE - 4 cylinders with a twin screw supercharger. It'll keep the cars overall mass, and mass on the front end, under control, while delivering more than 70% more torque then the original engine would.

Why is everybody so excited on the 13b?

I was trying to keep the swap Toyota oriented...I only threw the sr in there because I'm so familiar with them.

Looking more and more like a 1uz....

Reason I agreed on the 13b is that its a simple seal with a lot of options.
