1980 200sx Datzilla with a 3tc heart

It is a work inprogress, This is its 6th motor swap. orginal motor ,z24 ,12a, 13b, vg30 and now 3tc. Its a box frame car with a body on top , 280zx trailing arm irs with r200 lsd with 3.54 , w50 trans and 3tc motor, still mounting the set up.The car is at the body shop getting the quarters molded in, Been there 5 months now. Hope to keep the weigh around 2000 lbs. Setting the car up for road course and auto-x ing and the 1/4 mile just to see what it's got. It's not the prettiest car but we have some history. The car was built by Hux racing back in the early 90's and now Ive owned it for 7-8 years.

Mount up motor and trans , get the driveshaft put together. Then wiring the micro lt-8 up and run a fuel system up. After get it running paint and some ccw's . All it takes is time and money which I don't have much of.

bro i must admit i cant stop looking this thread and the wheels in the pics of the car out side of the garage... those rims are SICK !!!!! i like'em bro... cant wait to see this all done up with the flares molded in ....

Bodyshop said next week, not the first Time I heard this. I had to sell the wheels for the body kit , but I was going wider anyway. Thanks for the positive feedback .

Its been awhile, motor mounts will be done this week and then off to Advanced driveline for the driveshaft. The body is just hanging on there ,that is why it looks funny. Can fit a 18x11 in the rear with a 295/30/18 and a 17x9 up front with a 255/40/17. I got the rear sump and it fits good. More pics to follow.
