crank but no start .......help!!!!!!

hey guys here i go again.......
just got done with my build i bought these used carbs 44 mikunis it suppose to be rebuilt so installed them went to start it
it sounds like it wants to start but dies out instantly so i assume it the carbs
i switch it out with my own known runin set of 44 mikunis but as i was puttin the dist on tdc on 1 cly. i heard a spark noise i didnt see it but my freind who was watchin me said it came from the coil after that no spark at all
so could the coil be bad? or went bad? but why? i cant figure it out.
check fuses all good
damn so close ill be going to checkers to get another coil and see what happens
does anyone know how to check the msd box itself?

finaly!!!!!
found the problem
it was the coil i guess for some odd reason it just died
went to checkers got a new and it fired right up thanks to checkers for have them in stock!
its been a while since i heard my rolla
