3tgte

Post by Tonytone3tc »

anybody using a 3t-gte?
I'm not finding to much info out there. i know parts for the top end are very limited like the dizzy and what not. So I plan on del the dizzy and going direct fire with coil packs would also like to explore some other options such as a CAS maybe sr20det but if not, i guess ill use a crank trigger. for the purpose of having full advantage of the timing with the direct fire, to maximize my ability when tuning i know this will either make us or break my build. any good advise out there?

I used the 3tgte and its a really great motor. I had hks cams and custom sheet metal intake an exhaust. You can find parts for it just takes a little and COP or Crank trigger would be the best for control over timing.
Tuner, Builder and Racer. Hit me up for all you needs 2/3tc, 3SGTE or 2RZ custom fabbed parts.

that crank trigger be more effective then the cas, or just a lot easier and cost a lot less?? you wouldn't happen to still have those cams would you?? or know where i could get some, thats the only thing I'm missing.

Henry has them and hes going to use them shortly. send out a set of factory ones to get regrind is about the only thing you can do.

Hi,
I have a 3TGTE and have had one for a very long time. I have a fair amount of info on my Facebook page.
