I thought the reason why they leave it is the pain needed to demount everything to adjust them :D

Did you cut too much off?

Then cut the piece you cut off, you cut another 2inches off before re welding it back? :?:

Can you use those Mr2 or Tercel inserts without cutting the struts? use a spacer or something else???

Why you want to do that ? longer struds with short shocks the travel length will be short to compensate the damping high i quests

Well, my wagon has one coil cut up front... It just bottoms out too quickly, it has soft ride shocks...
Monroe sensatrack... I don't really like cutting up the struts... Can the strut be cut retaining the stock spring perches... I guess about 1" or 2"? ... Or maybe just a "stiffer"shock???

It will bump even harder since you shortened the travel length by using the short shock.

Are you sure it bump on the shock or the damping rubber ?

Did you cut the bump rubber a bit that give the shock an few inch more travel length
