I'm not gonna act like I know it all.. But I'm 95% sure that 4 doors do have smaller doors.

Yeah, 2 door sedans and 2 door wagons are "long door". As such the doors are not swappable with the 4 door sedans or 4 door wagons "short door" style. Also, I found out the lock switches are in different places while scavenging some "long doors" in a junkyard. Never realized until then. On the long doors (framed or frameless), the lock switch is down towards the front, near the inner handle. The short door lock is up near the back, by the window and the outer handle.

So to be clear, there are THREE different door variations.
Short door w/ framed windows (4 door wagons/sedans)
Long door w/ framed windows (2 door wagons/sedans)
Long door w/ frameless windows (coupe, liftback, hardtop, convertible)

To my knowledge there is no such thing as a frameless short door, just fyi.
