1981 TE72 2 Door Sedan

Post by lvsanchete72 »

It is time to move on from my first Toyota. Got it a couple of years ago with a busted ring. Since I have rebuilt the whole engine with new parts. I have receipts for it all. I got it to pass smog in California which is easier said than done. After driving it for a year and a half I wanted a bit more power so I got myself a 32/36 Weber Carburetor. I have also replaced the 5 Speed transmission since the last one broke. I also put an new clutch in it. There are a lot of things that I have fixed and/or replaced but the interior has not been the focus of the car. It is sad that I need to get rid of it but I just have run out of room in my driveway.

Pros:
32/36 Weber (less than 500 miles on it)
Lowered by making my own coil overs
Lowering springs in the rear
Nice fitted tires and wheels (not even 500 miles on them)
New 2 in full exhaust from header to Turbo Muffler
Stripped interior
Rebuilt engine with less than 1000 miles on it
Registered tags in California until 2018 (but has not passed smog)
Will include all my spare parts which include, extra seat, two stock carburetors, all the hoses and gadgets that are needed to get the car to pass smog.

Cons:
Minor rust under spare tire
Minor rust by passenger wheel well
Previous owner painted it and it has no clear coat

Located: South San Diego Area California
Asking Price: $3000 OBO

Pick up only
