Crazy, this is my post! From way back on old 3TC garage.
Anyway, bad news is guys the fix didn't last. The flexible bondo and dash expand/contract at different rates, along with fact that the old foam continued to crack in spots. It did look great for about a year, then got a couple cracks a year since.
BOBLOOK, any chance you have my old build thread archived too? Called "3TC Wagon with Fresh New Look" or something? Anyway, I need to make another for the EcoTec swap I did a couple years back.
Thanks,
-J

Yeah, that's it! Is it still available? I had some decent pics, info, etc on there.
Thanks,

Re: How I fixed my cracked dash in my 82 Rolla Wagon
Just wanted to post an update. I ended up having a local shop, Alameda Auto Upholstery (510) 523-7551, recover my dash and I'm really happy with it! Even filled in the useless "tray" on the passenger side. Been holding up great for about 6 months so far.

Yup, that's a chalk bag cup holder...
