Swapped r&p into my corolla and looking to either fab up a header chop a 4age header and make it work or using the stock manifold.
Lets see those headers

PS it is in a starlet but it fits AE86 perfectly

Did you slot the mounts on the crossmember?

Cause thats how people usually make 3t fit in an ae86 i made up some plates and used them to scoot the engine forward about 3/4"

Actually i mount the tranny where it goes and with the engine attached to the tranny i weld little extensions to the factory engine bracket to use the factory crossmember brackets and 3tc mounts it works perfect every time and the engine is in the right place all the time!

Sounds like a good method I have a 6 speed behind my 3t so lining everything up was weird I did a lousy job honestly haha

Many ways to do it. Most Hawaii guys use the TE72 engine x-member, straight bolt up, no cutting or welding.
