Duel weber dcoe 40 jetting advice
Just wondering what you guy's set ups are for duel weber doce 40s on a stock 3tc. I cant find much information on the internet with people doing twin 40s on a 3tc, most people are boosted. Advice would be greatly appreciated.
Re: Duel weber dcoe 40 jetting advice
Rule of thumb for main jets is 4X choke size. This is for weber only. Dellorto is about 4.5 and mikuni dont know and dont care. This will get you close, not perfect.
Idle jets are trial and error. I dont think anyone can tell you what to run on the internet. Change my flywheel weight=rejet. Change my exhaust=rejet. Weight of car, mileage on motor, altitude or air quality, timing, driving style all make a difference. These jets are very sensitive and the most important for street driveability.
Air jets are more forgiving, 40 webers usually come with 30 chokes so 200 airs will be close.
