Re: TE21/S2000 Swap
Sorry I haven't updated in a while:
I reinforced the rail where the new trans mount bolts. It's all welded up now and I rattle canned it for now. Eventually, the whole car will be disassembled for paint.
Modded the Bride rails for my Corolla:
Installed it the the daily while my project is still being built:
Pedal box and modded push rod are in:
Brake Master in:
Test fit some Volks but I haven't pulled the trigger yet. I'm still shopping around:

Re: TE21/S2000 Swap
Since my ae86 axle is narrowed and my front end wasn't I decided to fix it.
bought a better welder and practiced some:
pressed out the ball joints, cut, measured and burned the block in. Most people using this T3 kit want longer control arms, since I'm using AE86 suspension on my TE21 I actually needed mine shortened.
I had a friend of mine burn the bottom plate on (since I wanted it professionally strong) and I shaped it a little. The one on the right is shaped:
Primed and painted. (next set I do for my other corolla will get powdercoated forsure.
Pressed the balljoint back in and had a friend a Jiffy Lube fill them with grease.
Put them on on the weekend:

Sweet build!
Curious how the 6.7" rear is holding up to the F20c? Had any breakages?
Do you guys have to get the steering geometry same or better than std to pass road cert? (Toe change on suspension travel etc).
Cheers
