Is it true that if water goes in youre transmission(manual) it damage the gears??
Cause I have a 4ac transmission and it was in my yard and that day it has rain and the water went into the tail shaft in . Now I was cleaning the tranny I drain all that water with oil and then I was trying if the gears were good but it doesnt goes in any gears it stays in neutral

Now if that transmission needs a rebuild im not gonna do that I have another t50 onder my other sr but it is from the 2T engine , can I just put the bellhousing from the 4A and put the 22spline input shaft?? It's for swaping a 4age , any advise??
