parking lights diagram

hello, my parking lights do not work, ive checked fuses and bulbs but no luck, where in the car can i find the main wires to jump them with a toggle switch? and which fusebox would be the parking light area (driverside foot area/passengerside foot area/driverside dashboard/etc. thanks

once we figure out how to make the rear running/parking lights work eather properly fixed or tapped into up front with a toggle switch i can go get a state inspection sticker and drive this baby finally, ive already put insurance on it and have plates for it, So PLEASE someone take my by the hand and help this electrical novice out.
