Looking for the vacuum advance of the distributor. Wondering if anyone has one, also want to ask if there's a difference between the California one and the rest. for the 3tc

You sure its the vacuum advance? Lots of times its the plate inside that gets frozen or sticky, pretty common. Try WD40 the plate and make sure it moves freely.
Anyway, I would just buy the whole assembly from ebay for $40 more.
