1 Back to turbo questions: What would be a good price friendly / readily available turbo to run in a stock 2tc engine? I am thinking somewhere in the 150-175 HP range.

2 Would you recommend an intercooler?

I have a t5 Garrett from a 4cyl Volvo, but I think it is for too large of an engine and I'm sure the pitch of the turbines are all wrong. I would like to run 91 octane.

it will work as long as you dont overboost it but keep it in the safe zone of 5 psi and thats it "only".

my set up just as an fyi.
hx35 turbo T3 flange
1.8 bored 87mm
forged eagle rods wiseco 7:1 compression pistons
head work done up the butt
double valve springs
stainless steel valves
bronze valve guides
5 angle valve job
turbo cam and degree wheel
balanced everything
log exhaust manifold evil140
2tg intake maifold
1200cc injectors RC
bosch 044 fuel pump
-8 pressure feed line
-6 return
efi ms2 v3.0 with edis4 for spark

and thats just to make 475hp on the safe side

What trans will you be using for this power level. Pretty similar to the levels I'm looking for.
