phone service and price for lines how is it?

Ok so I have come to the point in life when I have to add another line to my phone .I have Sprint and they tell me I can get a plan for $130 but still that seems super high. I don't want to sacrifice service but cost is an issue what would yall say about this delema . I heard cricket is $83 for two lines and its just as good said the salesman but I rather ask you guys and yalls experience on this. What other phone companies are good
