Phpbb forums 2012 Version 3.09 or later does not store pictures(image) in there database.
Ones you upload an picture link photobucket( imageshacks & Tinity) or whatever .
The database will translate the link in..ENCRYPT DATA

By saying you-re pictures are still in you-re image accounts
The board only save pictures links not image
Even so your responsible for you own personal pictures backup images
