WTB: stock or modified 3tc engine SOCAL

I'm looking for a 3tc engine, a 3tc bell housing to put in my Corona.
I'm located in San Diego but my car is in the Anaheim area so I can pick it up anywhere near or in between these two areas.

Thanks for the replies! I do not mind either bellhousing will work for me. Preferably with a starter to go with it. Not a dealbreaker though if it doesn't come with one.
